All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices include GST, bloom box with vase or container, delivery service and gift card.
Due to seasonal availability, particular flowers and colours displayed in the images may not be available at the moment of your purchase. If so, our skilled florists will substitute the unavailable product for one of similar value and appearance, to give you the best possible service and result.

Delivery Information
www.flowergallerycoles.com.au delivers to metro areas in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth. All online orders must be placed by 1pm for same day delivery (Monday to Friday). Flower deliveries to businesses will be made before 5pm and 7pm for home deliveries.
If you have placed an order and you require to change the delivery address, you may incur an additional delivery charge, one of our operators will inform you about the amount to be charged and if it is possible to re-direct the order on the same day.
Flowers are delivered to the recipient as requested. If the recipient is not available or unreachable, you will be contacted. In the instance that there is a "secure" place to leave the flowers, we will do our best to contact you and let you know about the decision of leaving the flowers in the "secure" spot. It is then your responsibility to inform your recipient of the delivery. If there is not a secure place, our couriers will return the flowers to the point of dispatch and you will be contacted for an alternative delivery address or alternative delivery date. This may incur in an additional charge. No refund is available for deliveries to incorrectly supplied recipient addresses.
In the event that www.flowergallerycoles.com.au is unable to deliver, we will inform the sender ASAP and attempt to re-deliver the following business day.
Cancellations
NO cancellations will be permitted if the flowers have already been arranged or are in the process of being delivered. The ordered flowers will be delivered according to your instructions.
